Information - Division Managers
Thank you for volunteering as a Division Coordinator for our upcoming Spring season. In this role, you will collaborate with Coaches and Team Managers to ensure a smooth and successful season.
Before the Season Starts:

Help organize assessments and communicate with parents about their player's assessment schedule.

Attend assessments and distribute pinnies.

Ensure all players are assessed.

Make sure coaches arrive early for assessments.
During the Season:

Introduce yourself to the coaches and bench staff as the Division Coordinator.

Remind coaches to appoint a Team Manager.
-
Serve as the point of contact for Team Managers.

Attend playoff games in your division

Assist teams with APs as required

Coordinate with the
tracking@victoriavipers.ca to ensure bench staff have a valid Criminal Record Check (CRC)and Respect in Sport (RIS)
