“Any team may pick up a second goalie from within the same division or lower. That second goalie may only play as a goalie and not a runner.
Victoria Minor is also allowed to pick up 2 additional runners to compete in U13 Tier 1 (Mountain), U15 Tier 1 (Mountain), U17 Tier 1 (Mountain) and U20 Tier 1 (Mountain).
Other than the AP players, Victoria's pickups or your 2nd goalies, all players must have played a minimum of 5 games for their team through the season.”
