2025 BC Ball Hockey Association Referee Clinics

Hello Ball Hockey Families,

 

Ref clinic update, including April 21 floor time

 

Referees are an essential part of our Vipers season, and all our games are officiated by a mix of senior and youth referees. Many of our youth referees are also Vipers players. For anyone interested in becoming a referee, now is the time! 

 

All referees are certified by the BC Ball Hockey Association and attend a clinic annually to retain their certification. Registration is now open for the upcoming Victoria training session;

 

Classroom Training - April 19 - 9am-330pm - Westshore 55+ Activity Centre - Room 101, 1767 Island Hwy.

• Pizza will be provided
• Referee jerseys will assigned similar to a hockey jersey for U18 officials at no charge
• Referee jerseys can be purchased at cost for officials over the age of 19

 

Floor Training - April 21 - 5pm-8pm - Eagle Ridge 1089 Langford Pkwy

While we are a volunteer-led organization, our referees receive a per-game stipend. Additional information about refereeing with our league is available on our website.
